1. Who we are

This website, theglassesrush.com (the "Site"), is operated by Codently Maciej Ziółko, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Poland, VAT/NIP: [NIP] ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@theglassesrush.com.

2. What the Site does, and who actually sells you the book

The Site presents the digital publication The Glasses Rush (the "Product"). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as the Merchant of Record: when you buy, your purchase contract is concluded with Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, applicable taxes (including VAT and US sales tax), invoicing, and delivery of the download. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. We are the author and licensor of the Product's content.

3. License to the Product

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Product on your own devices. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share publicly, or use the Product to create derivative products for sale. All intellectual property rights remain with us. Free updates to future editions are provided at our discretion via your original download link or email.

4. Educational content, no guarantees

The Product and the Site are educational and informational. They describe market data, opportunities, and methods. We make no promise or guarantee of income, revenue, savings, or any financial result. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills, decisions, and market conditions. Nothing on the Site or in the Product is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Market statistics are sourced and dated inside the Product; they may change after publication.

5. Refunds

The Product is covered by a 14-day refund policy described on the Refund Policy page. Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the Site or the Product's content is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, which remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
